More about Hungarian Heritage House: Dance House
The House of Traditions’ dance-hall series continues every Saturday from 7 pm to 2 am.
The organisers place a strong emphasis on teaching dance. For several months, people with dancing feet can learn the dances of a particular region from excellent instructors. They celebrate the end of each cycle with a ball and invite local musicians from the given region to each occasion. Talented folk singers will introduce you to the melodies of each area. And the best-known dance bands will keep the dance music going until dawn, providing an opportunity for fun and entertainment.
They welcome beginners and newcomers to their beginner dance classes! In the beginners’ group, you can acquire the basic dance skills you need to have fun in the dance halls.
